House rules
Maximum occupancy is four adults and one child. Smoking, pets, parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. Mandatory hoomy concierge service fees are 10% of the reservation. Optional services per reservation: kitchen towels 2,00 €, end-of-stay cleaning 56,00 €, towels 7,00 €, and bath mat 3,00 €. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation and requires supporting documentation. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per reservation is required by bank-card preauthorization with the final payment. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and communicate your arrival time. Arrival and departure times can be agreed flexibly with the agency in low season. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure before 10:00. Heating, parking and personalized arrival/departure are included. Bed linen is listed as included and supplied for the whole stay without replacement, but the amenities also say it is not provided. Towels appear both as included and as an optional €7 charge; confirm exactly what is supplied. Cancellation is free up to 29 days before arrival, costs 50% of rent from 28 to 16 days before, and 100% from 15 days before, at arrival or for a no-show.
Getting there
The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Biscarrosse Plage sandy beach is 10 km away, and a nearby bus stop serves Biscarrosse Plage. Lac de Biscarrosse is 6 km away. Shops, the weekly market and cinema in Biscarrosse Village are nearby. Parking is limited to one private numbered space. Super U et Drive is 1 km away, the Biscarrosse nautical center 2 km, Port de Gourmet 2.4 km, and Bisc’Aventure and Biscarrosse golf 9 km each.
