Smoking is not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. Animals are allowed subject to the stated restrictions: maximum weight 30 kg and no dangerous-breed dogs. Pets require prior request. A refundable €200 security deposit is held by credit card. Guests should contact the agency one week before arrival with their plane or ship number and arrival time to arrange key collection.
