Strictly no events are allowed. Outside guests are not allowed. Commercial photography and filming are allowed subject to terms and conditions. Guests are asked to lock valuables in the safety deposit box.

The villa has direct rice-field views. Canggu Center is 10 minutes away, and Pererenan Beach is 15 minutes away; the access mode is not specified.
