Communication hours are 7 a.m.–8 p.m. The team will do its best to answer messages outside those hours. In emergencies, you may call at any time. If staff are not on site, the team will try to assist remotely until they can arrive in person. This is an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. Problems will be addressed as promptly as possible, but no one lives on site to provide 24/7 attendance.

1. Turn on the Hitachi TV and set its input to “HDMI 2 FIRE TV”. 2. Turn on the Samsung soundbar and set its input to “HDMI”. 3. The Fire TV menu should appear. If it does not, press any button on the Fire TV remote to wake it from Sleep Mode. 4. For traditional TV channels, open the “IpTV” application from the Fire TV menu.
