The house

This 768-square-foot condo has mountain views, two Queen-size beds and two bathrooms, with a walk-in shower. The bright living area has comfortable furniture, a fireplace and a television above the mantel with cable or satellite service. Heating and hot water are provided.

The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, with a dining area. A grill is on the back deck, and there is a private patio. An indoor closet can store skis, snowboards and waders.

Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, bed linens, fresh towels, a hair dryer, hangers and toiletries are provided. The condo has a private entrance and self check-in. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

The bus stop and Eagle River are both 500 feet away. The location offers access to hiking, rock climbing and winter skiing. Parking is available for one car, but a car is not necessary.
