Guests have exclusive access to the full home, which is arranged across two floors and reached by a cobbled residential path. The open-plan living and dining area has two sofas, a TV with streaming services and a circular dining table. The equipped kitchen has a U-shaped worktop, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, dishes and silverware.

The master bedroom, described as being on the first floor, has a king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, two armchairs and doors opening onto a small green outdoor area. Its en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin, mirrored storage and toilet. Bedroom 2 is upstairs on the second floor and has a king-size bed, clothing rail and a window overlooking the patio.
