House rules
Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy must match the number of guests on the booking. Notify management if the guest count changes. Treat the property respectfully and comply with the house rules. Pets are permitted only where ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised; otherwise the no-pets policy applies.
Getting there
The beaches of north Lorne are 300 metres away. Linen is not provided; hire is available. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
