House rules
Linen is not provided: bring sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels, or arrange linen hire. Pets are not permitted. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks events, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the guests stated on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; contact management if it changes. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods, subject to the terms and conditions. Treat the property with respect and follow the house rules.

The home is set across two levels, with the main bathroom upstairs. Point Roadknight beach and the back beach are nearby, with access to coastal walking paths and parks. Local shops and dining spots are a short drive away. Parking is limited to four cars.
