The house

The house has a basement dining room, a ground-floor entrance and fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet opposite the kitchen. The first-floor living room overlooks Hastings Old Town and the beach. The second-floor bedroom has a king-size bed and a bathroom just outside; the top-floor bedroom has another king-size bed and an ensuite. The three listed bathroom facilities comprise a toilet with bathtub, a toilet-only room, and a toilet with shower.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washing machine, dishwasher, heating and hair dryer. Toiletries, towels and bedlinen are included.

The beach and promenade are moments away, with shops, restaurants and bars only minutes away. Hastings railway station is a short walk away, and East Hill's open spaces are nearby.
