No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–09:00. The property is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2. Parties or events may result in immediate eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning.
Getting there
The property is accessible only via two flights of stairs, with no lift. It is directly on The Esplanade, steps from cafés and boutique shops. The 600 bus runs from Walan Street near Bahlaka Street to Cotton Tree Parade at Cotton Tree Caravan Park, taking approximately 11 minutes. A taxi or Uber from Mooloolaba takes about four minutes; walking from Mooloolaba takes about 50 minutes over 4.2 km. A coastal walking path connects Cotton Tree and Alexandra Headland.
