## About the house

The home accommodates six guests across a two-bedroom main cottage and a separately accessed studio under the same roofline. There are three queen beds and two bathrooms in total. The main cottage has a living area with a wood fireplace, lounges and TV, two bedrooms and a main bathroom. The studio has its own ensuite, kitchenette and separate side balcony. Established gardens surround the home, with a fully fenced rear yard, lawn, covered decking and ocean glimpses. Amenities include a BBQ grill, outdoor seating, heating, hot water, an iron, kettle, dishes and silverware, microwave, oven, refrigerator, shower and smoke detector. Bed linen is provided. The property is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.

Separation Creek beach is a one- to two-minute walk away. Wye River general store, pub and main patrolled beach are a 15-minute walk or two-minute drive away. Lorne is a 15-minute drive away, and Apollo Bay is a 20-minute drive away. Parking is limited to two car spaces. The studio has separate access. The property relies on tank water. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.

Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed beforehand, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management if this changes. Treat the property with respect and follow the house rules. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
