The house

The Beach Box and Wave on Wave are a three-minute walk from the shoreline, minutes from Old Town Port A, and within the golf cart zone. Together, the two homes have six bedrooms, four bathrooms and 15 beds, including a sleeper sofa. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided, with linens available for additional sleeping arrangements.

The Beach Box accommodates up to 10 guests in a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a bunk room with six twin beds, with two full bathrooms. Its open-plan layout includes a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, dining space and a living room opening onto the deck. Outside are lounge seating, a lawn with palm trees, a grill and an outdoor dining table.

Wave on Wave accommodates up to 10 guests in two king bedrooms, a bunk room with two bunk beds containing four twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedrooms have storage and TVs. The open-plan living area has a large sectional, big-screen TV and games. A window-lined dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a long seating bar provide space for meals. This stilt house has an upstairs front deck with sunset views over Port Aransas. Its backyard includes a private pool with a waterfall, outdoor living space, a bar, grill and party lights. The pool cannot be heated.

Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer/dryer and free private parking are available. Each home has parking for four to five vehicles; boats and golf carts are allowed. Wave on Wave has an EV charging outlet; guests must bring their own plug and cord. Self-check-in uses a keypad. Concierge services include fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special-occasion arrangements, and baby and beach gear rentals.
