Together, the two homes have six bedrooms, four bathrooms and 15 beds, including a sleeper sofa. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided, with linens available for additional sleeping arrangements. The Beach Box accommodates up to 10 guests in a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a bunk room with six twin beds, with two full bathrooms. Its open-plan layout includes a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, dining space and a living room opening onto the deck. Outside are lounge seating, a lawn with palm trees, a grill and an outdoor dining table.
