The house

This 155-square-metre home has an open-plan sitting and dining area with powder-blue decor, a bay window, TV and ornamental fireplace. The dining table seats eight. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large range oven, quartz worktops, an island, breakfast table, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The adjoining conservatory doubles as a playroom.

The private garden has a patio with outdoor seating, a wooden pirate ship and a slide. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, ornamental fireplace and bay-window seating. The second bedroom has a single bed, armchair and cot. The third has a single bed, bookshelves, leather armchair and lamp; a toddler bed can be provided for a child up to four years old. The second-floor fourth bedroom has a double bed beneath a Velux window, fitted wardrobes, a desk and air conditioning.

The first-floor family bathroom has a deep bath with overhead shower and a heated towel rail. A second bathroom under the eaves has a walk-in shower and WC, alongside laundry facilities with separate washer and dryer. There is also a ground-floor guest WC. Central heating, a smart TV, towels, bed linen, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.
