## About the house

The living room opens toward the pool terrace and garden, with sofas for gathering and a separate studio with a flat-screen TV. Indoor and outdoor dining areas connect with a fully equipped kitchen. Cooking utensils, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, dish scrubbers, paper towels and trash bags are provided. A barbecue is also available.

All five bedrooms have air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms and closet space. The bungalow-style layout gives each bedroom a distinct setting; four suites have an integrated inner patio with garden views. A terrace deck connects the living areas with the private pool and garden, and there is a separate heated jacuzzi.

A housekeeper, chef and butler are included, along with two four-seat golf carts. Amenities include Wi-Fi, parking, a washer and dryer, a safe, hair dryer, shampoo, hot water, satellite or cable TV and a speaker system.

Casa de Campo facility access depends on resort registration terms. Facilities may include Minitas Beach, the equestrian and shooting centers, tennis courts, spa, fitness center, golf courses with advance tee times, pool towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services.

Minitas Beach is within walking distance, 0.5 mile from the villa. The Marina, Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 2.2 miles away; the Tennis Center is 2.3 miles away, the Shooting Center 2.9 miles away and Altos de Chavon 3.6 miles away. Two four-seat golf carts are included for travel around the resort. Resort facility access is subject to Casa de Campo registration terms.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Casa de Campo registration is handled directly through the resort, and guest names and passport numbers are required before arrival. Registration fees are paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day for guests 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 to 12, and complimentary access for children under 4. A security deposit equal to one night's stay applies. Bookings are based on double occupancy per bedroom; an 18% service fee and a resort fee are additional, and final owner confirmation is required. A 10-night minimum stay applies during Christmas and New Year.
