House rules

Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Everyone must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All reservations require final homeowner approval and completion of the required electronic Terms and Conditions; direct bookings remain on hold pending final confirmation. Up to two dogs may be allowed only with final InvitedHome approval. Notify the team at booking about pets, emotional support animals or service animals and submit details by text message or email. Non-refundable charges are $150 per animal for pet cleaning and $50/night per animal for pet rental, added after approval. A credit card preauthorization of $3,500.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local team address is available upon request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and checkout is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depend on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared.

Getting there

Walking access to skiing and town; ski shuttle service is available. One garage parking space is included, with a maximum of one car at the property. Additional vehicles can use nearby self-pay parking garages. Everyone must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
