House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. The apartment is suitable for children and infants; baby cots and high chairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00; request arrival outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Cancellations at least five days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations less than five days before arrival receive no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor with lift access. An internal flight of stairs leads from the bedroom level to the kitchen and living area. Angel tube station is about a five-minute walk away; King's Cross station is around nine minutes on foot.
