This 97 sqm apartment occupies the third floor with lift access and an internal flight of stairs to the top-floor living area. Both bedrooms are on the entry level and have built-in storage. One has a double bed; the main bedroom has large windows and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. A shared bathroom between the bedrooms has a bathtub with an overhead rainfall shower, sink and toilet.

The open-plan upper floor has burnt orange accents, a sofa, chairs, a flat-screen TV and a dining table seating six. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, built-in microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. A washer/dryer is available. A small balcony off the living area has a table and chairs and city views. Central heating, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, towels, bed linen and basic toiletries are provided.

Angel tube station is about a five-minute walk away and King's Cross station around nine minutes on foot, with Eurostar, regional and national rail connections. Upper Street's restaurants, bars and cafés are a short walk away.
