Yes, Internet Access is included. The coverage range of Wi-Fi is almost in every area of the property at an average speed of around 150 Mbps download and around 20 Mbps upload.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on request, except dangerous breed dogs. Admitted animals with weight up to 25 kg. A pet fee of EUR 25.00 per booking applies.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit of EUR 400.00 per booking is required, payable by credit card with the last payment.

Yes, air conditioning is included.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are included and changed each 8 days.

Yes, final cleaning is included.
Is there a baby high chair or cot/crib available?
Yes, a baby high chair is available for EUR 5.00 per booking, and a cot/crib for EUR 10.00 per booking.
Can I order bottled water?
Yes, a 19-litre jug of drinking water can be ordered for EUR 6.00 per booking. Orders must be made at least 1 week prior to arrival.
Is there a food pack on arrival?
Yes, a food pack can be purchased for EUR 50.00 per booking, containing a range of essentials. Must be requested at least a week before arrival.
Is there a late check-out option?
Late check-out is available from 1 Jan to 31 Mar and from 1 Nov to 31 Dec at a cost of 20% of the booking.
Are wood logs for the fireplace available?
Yes, wood logs for the fireplace are available from 1 Jan to 30 Apr and from 19 Oct to 31 Dec at EUR 10.00 per booking.
