What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 11am. Extra time on departure day may be available by arrangement with reception.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, ample free on-site parking is available for guests.
Are dogs allowed?
Well-behaved dogs over one year old are welcome. The charge is £30 per dog, per night, with a maximum of two dogs per room. A welcome pack is provided, and dogs must not be left unattended in rooms.
What is the cancellation policy?
For flexible room bookings, cancellations must be made by 2pm local time, 72 hours before arrival to avoid charges equivalent to the first night's rate plus taxes. Reservations are guaranteed with a credit card.
Are Dinner, Bed & Breakfast packages available?
Dinner, Bed & Breakfast packages are available on selected dates and include accommodation, dinner and breakfast.
Are accessible rooms available?
Accessible rooms are available. Contact the hotel to check that a room meets your requirements.
What is the difference between a Family Room and a Family Suite?
Family Rooms offer extra space for families, while Family Suites provide additional separation and flexibility, particularly for longer stays.
