## About the house

The open-plan great room, kitchen and dining room have ocean views. Four ensuite bedrooms, an additional bedroom and a den provide separate sleeping spaces. Multiple decks offer ocean views and sunset views. There are five full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

On Level 2, the first ensuite has a king bed, a double sleeper sofa, a standing shower and deck access. The second has a queen bed, a standing shower and deck access. The third has a twin-over-twin bunk set, a trundle and a standing shower. A separate bedroom has two twin beds, and the den has another twin bed. This level also has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and laundry facilities. Level 3 has a queen ensuite with a standing shower and deck access, a half bathroom, and the great room, kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen includes cookware, dishes and utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer are provided. Other facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, outdoor furniture, gas and charcoal grills, two outdoor showers and five beach chairs.

Community amenities include an outdoor pool, soundside access and a private community dock. Tennis is available for a fee, and a nature trail is nearby. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027.

The cottage is oceanfront with a shared beach walkway. The nearest alternative community beach access is Waxwing Ln N. Beach Access. Parking is limited to five vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.

Up to two dogs are allowed, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. No smoking applies from 2027.
