House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is 15:00–21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 carries an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available to hire, subject to availability. Cancellation receives a full refund at least five days before check-in, with no refund for cancellation less than five days before arrival.
Getting there
The Thames is a 30-second walk away. Putney Pier is nearby for boat journeys into central London, and buses provide a route via the museum district. Stairs lead to the sleeping rooms on two upper floors. The dining table seats six. A dog normally lives here, although it is absent during guest stays; the home may not be suitable for guests with allergies.
