Can I book only one or two rooms?
No. The entire home must be booked.
Are meals provided onsite?
Outside food is allowed. The caretaker can help with menus of nearby restaurants. The kitchen is not accessible.
Is loud music allowed?
No. Loud music is not allowed; guests should respect neighbors and keep noise mild and within the villa.
Are the roads to the property suitable for driving?
Roads connecting to the property are described as good, but guests should check road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.
Can the home be reserved for a film, photo or advertisement shoot?
Yes, shoots are allowed subject to the owner's approval and are chargeable. A maximum of 6 people can stay overnight for a shoot.
