What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 00:00 every day. Check-out is before 10:00. Low-season times may be flexible by arrangement.
How does key collection work?
Guests should provide their plane or ship number and arrival time one week before arrival and phone about their arrival time once at the destination. Outside office hours, keys are left in a safety box.
Are towels and bed linen provided?
Bed linen and towels are included, with changes every 8 days.
