Tetcott Road is a 68 sqm home spread across four levels between Coleridge Gardens and World’s End, near King’s Road. The entrance level has an Art Deco sitting room, while the lower level contains a contemporary kitchen and dining area. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open from the lower-ground dining area onto a private Italian-inspired garden. There is also a terrace.

The second-level guest room has a king-size bed and a freestanding mirror. The upper level contains the primary suite with an ensuite, bespoke tiles and traditional architectural features. The bed inventory comprises one king-size bed in Bedroom 1 and one double bed in Bedroom 2.

Kitchen equipment includes a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Other facilities include free internet, cable TV, towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a tumble dryer, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. The fireplace is ornamental.

There is no air-conditioning. Fans are provided in every bedroom between May and September and can be requested outside this period. The home has adult-themed artwork and visible wear and tear, particularly on the walls and chairs. A resident dog will be absent during guest stays, but the home may not suit guests with allergies.

Fulham Broadway and Earl’s Court underground stations are a short distance away, with links to central London and Heathrow Airport. Stamford Bridge is nearby, and King’s Road and surrounding streets offer boutiques, cafés and bistros.
