The classically styled apartment accommodates four guests. The living area has a double sofa bed, an armchair bed and a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine and fridge. A bathroom with a shower is on the living-area level.
Stairs lead to the upper-floor bedroom with a queen-size bed and a small balcony overlooking the alley. A further staircase leads to a panoramic sea-view terrace, where the second bathroom with a shower is located. Another accommodation occupies the same building.
