The guest-use area is for guests' exclusive use and is mostly enclosed by fencing and a hedge. The historic centre of Arezzo is 10 minutes away by car.

The villa is 5 km from Arezzo. The access road is paved to the gate, followed by 200 m of unpaved road; the final section is narrow and steep. Arezzo is reached by car. The pool is reached by three steps, and the villa's two floors are connected by internal and external stairs.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted for villa services.
