House rules
Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Standard check-in ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Contact the team before travelling with pets. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor of a house. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is a 20-minute drive away.
