The main house has a living room with sofas and a television, a separate dining room, and an independent kitchen with an oven and espresso machine. Further stairs lead to a laundry room and the terrace. Kitchen equipment also includes a refrigerator, freezer and kettle; a washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.

The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub set into a stone alcove. Further stairs lead to a second bedroom with a French-size bed, an ensuite shower room and terrace access. The annex can be reached from the terrace or through its separate street entrance; it contains a living area with an open-plan kitchen and a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Ostuni Cathedral is 600 meters away and Piazza della Libertà is five minutes away. Brindisi Airport is a 40-minute drive away, and Bari International Airport is 100 km away. The surrounding area includes the Itria Valley towns of Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino and Alberobello, as well as the Torre Guaceto nature reserve.

Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.
