The apartment is on the eighth floor of a building with a lift and accommodates up to three guests. The living area has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa and TV, and opens onto a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and access to the same terrace. Sleeping arrangements include one queen-size bed and one single sofa bed. The bathroom has a bathtub.
Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, boiler, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.
Bologna's central train station is approximately seven minutes away by car, and the airport is approximately 15 minutes away by car.
