The apartment occupies the third floor of a small building reached by stairs. It has wooden-beamed ceilings and a terrace on the upper floor with sea and city views.
The open-plan living area includes a sofa, television, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, moka coffee maker and cooking equipment. The sleeping area comprises one bedroom with a queen-size bed and two bedrooms with one single bed each. There is one bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Air conditioning, fans, Wi-Fi and a washing machine are provided.
The apartment is in Cefalù’s historic centre, within a ZTL restricted-traffic zone. Porto Vecchio Beach is two minutes away, and Palermo airport is approximately 102 km away.
