The house

The apartment is on the third and top floor, without an elevator. The entrance opens into an equipped kitchen with a snack counter and dishwasher, separated from the brightly furnished living room by a sliding door. The living room has a sofa bed, television and table. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer.

Two steps from the kitchen lead to a bedroom with a French bed, wardrobe and television. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer; a wall closet between the bathroom and bedroom contains the washing machine. An iron is also available. A spiral staircase leads to an air-conditioned attic bedroom with a French bed and ceiling heights ranging from 1.60 to 2 metres.

The attic provides access to a terrace overlooking Piazza Kalsa, with views toward the sea and the church of Spasimo. The terrace has tables, chairs and an outdoor kitchen with an induction hob. Wi-Fi is available.

The main railway station, also a stop for the airport shuttle, is less than 15 minutes away on foot. Palermo’s historic districts offer UNESCO heritage sites, a Baroque itinerary including the churches of the Holy Savior, Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Conception, and historical-market tours exploring Ballarò and Capo.

A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional €20–€40 charge.
