The house

The apartment accommodates seven guests and has two entrances reached by steps. The entrance living space is divided into two areas connected by a sliding door, each with a double sofa bed. The first has a period wardrobe, an armchair and a small table; the second has a dresser, a smart TV and a panoramic sea-view window.

Steps lead down to the fully equipped kitchen, which also has the second entrance and a dining table. Equipment includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, espresso machine, American coffee machine, kettle, juicer and toaster.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, stone vaulted ceilings and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, two bedside tables, a clothes rack, a dresser and a window with distant sea views. A second bathroom has a shower.

Air conditioning serves the kitchen and living room, and one bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is independent heating, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer. Security cameras, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are provided.

The spacious first-floor terrace overlooks the sea and olive trees and has two deckchairs, an outdoor sofa set and a small table. The apartment is next to a restaurant that is lively during summer.

Ostuni Cathedral is 600 meters away, and Piazza della Libertà is five minutes away. Brindisi and Bari airports are respectively 30 and 70 minutes away by car.
