## About the house

The house accommodates three guests across two bedrooms and two internal levels. The entrance opens into a living area with a double sofa, television and fireplace. An open-plan kitchen has an oven, espresso machine, refrigerator, freezer and dining table, with access to a furnished terrace overlooking the surrounding landscape.

The master bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub are on the entrance level. A staircase in the living room leads to the second bedroom and a separate room containing the washing machine. The upstairs rooms overlook the olive-tree plain toward the sea. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, an iron and mosquito nets are provided.

The house is in Ostuni's limited-traffic zone. Nearby parking is recommended so that guests can explore the old town on foot. Ostuni Cathedral is 600 meters away and Piazza della Libertà is five minutes away. Brindisi Airport is a 35-minute drive away, and Bari International Airport is 100 km away.

The house is in a ZTL limited-traffic zone; leaving the car in nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. An internal staircase connects the two levels. Brindisi Airport is a 35-minute drive away; Bari International Airport is 100 km away.

Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Check-out is no later than 10:00. Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets.
