## About the house

The house accommodates six guests in three bedrooms, with four single beds and one queen-size bed. The garden is available for guests. On the ground floor are two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

Upstairs, the lounge has a sofa, table and television and opens onto a sea-view terrace suitable for outdoor meals. A separate fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and fridge. The master bedroom and a bathroom with a shower cubicle are also on this floor. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are provided, and the house has air conditioning.

Guests have access to a shared swimming pool from 1 July to 10 September, between 10:00–13:00 and 16:00–19:00. A swimming cap may be required. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is approximately 19 km away by car.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies under local regulations, with booking information available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
