The house

The apartment occupies the second and top floor of a renovated building in the lively piazzetta of the Capo market. A few steps lead to the entrance and a bright living room/kitchen area with large windows overlooking a pedestrian street. The living room has a sofa, bookshelf and dining table with chairs, with a wall separating it from the kitchenette.

The bedroom has a small balcony overlooking a quiet street. The apartment has one queen-size bed. A staircase leads to a loft with a desk and a small window overlooking the terrace. Separate stairs from the living room lead to the terrace, which has white-and-red striped curtains, red chairs, a tiled concrete bench and succulent plants, with views over Palermo's rooftops and bell towers.

The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, moka pot, boiler, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a television are available. Heat pumps serve all rooms; there is no central heating.

Palermo Station is 2 km away and Falcone e Borsellino Airport is 32 km away. Renovation and painting work on the neighboring building and the building's staircase may cause daytime noise.
