The house accommodates up to three guests. The ground-floor living area has a double sofa bed, dining table and breakfast nook with a sink, kettle and espresso coffee machine. A separate sleeping room without a door contains a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, the first floor has a second full bathroom and a terrace furnished with a dining table, shower and sink. The kitchen is accessed from the terrace and includes a dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, freezer and washing machine. Air conditioning, a television, iron, hairdryer and mosquito net are provided.
Villanova is near Ostuni and the area's beaches. Brindisi Airport is 30 minutes away by car, and Bari Airport is one hour away by car. Nearby places to explore include Ostuni's historic center and cathedral, Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino, Alberobello and the Torre Guaceto Marine Protected Area.
