House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Christmas and New Year stays require a minimum of 10 nights. All guests must complete resort registration before arrival; registration requires guest names and passport numbers. Mandatory resort fees are $25 per adult per day for ages 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 to 12, and complimentary for children under 4, payable directly upon arrival. An 18% service fee and the Casa de Campo resort fee are additional. The security deposit equals one night's stay. Casa de Campo ID cards provide access to Minitas Beach, the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Tennis Courts, Spa, Fitness Center, golf courses and advance tee times, pool towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services.
Getting there
The villa occupies two stories above the marina. The Marina is 0.2 miles away and Minitas Beach is 1.5 miles away. Access to resort facilities requires resort registration and Casa de Campo ID cards.
