House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is collected by credit-card pre-authorisation. The tourist tax is included in the total price. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services include cancellation insurance at 5.5% of the booking; kitchen linen (tea towels) €2 per booking; a bath towel set €7 per booking; bed linen €18 per double bed or €14 per single bed per booking; final cleaning €115 per booking; and a bath mat €3 per booking. Linen is supplied on arrival for the stay with no replacement; housekeeping during the stay is not provided. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection. Low-season arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
