Terra San Raffaele is a stone farmhouse with a private pool, a 2,000-square-meter park, a vegetable garden available to guests upon request, a living room and kitchen with fireplaces, a porch and a pergola. The house has two floors connected internally by a terracotta staircase and externally by a stone staircase. Caretakers live in an annex next to the house and maintain the house, garden and pool while respecting guests' privacy.

The 5 x 14 m pool has variable depth from 1 m to 1.5 m, is heated on request, and is available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. It is at a lower level than the house and is reached by a short flight of garden steps. The pool area has metal-mesh fencing with two gates, Roman steps, a cover for the night, salt purification, lighting, an internal hydromassage area, sunbeds, umbrellas, showers and a bathroom for the exclusive use of pool guests.

The property is in the comune of Città della Pieve, 1 km from the town and 10 km from Chiusi. Access includes 900 meters of unpaved road. The property has two covered parking spaces and up to four or five outdoor spaces. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 100 km away. Train stations and highways provide access to nearby towns and cities.

Maximum occupancy is 13 guests, comprising 10 standard places plus 3 additional places. Pets are not allowed. The property is fenced with 1.60-meter-high wire mesh. Reduced-mobility access is not certified. Heating the pool is available on request.
