This is a private structure available by lease only. Small-size pets are allowed. The property is fully fenced. The pool is seasonal, open from mid-April until mid-October, and heating requires prior notice. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.

The property is in the Chianti countryside. Siena is 12 km away, Pianella is 4 km away and the Siena train station is 12 km away. Access includes 200 metres of unpaved road. Parking is inside the property and uncovered. The tennis court is 50 m from the villa. The Tyrrhenian coast at Castiglione della Pescaia is 112 km away.
