Terra di Siena is a 15th-century rural retreat surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and cypresses. The restored farmhouse has an internal courtyard, exposed stone walls, terracotta floors, timber beams, antique furnishings, a music room, billiards room, gym, wine-tasting room and modern kitchen. The property includes a large garden with dining terraces, a swimming pool, private tennis court, table tennis, a football goal and basketball hoop. The property is rented as a private structure, with no other guest present on site.

It is open from mid-April until mid-October and can be heated on request at no extra cost with prior notice. The pool area has sunbeds, umbrellas and a solar shower; a nearby pool house has a bathroom with shower and mini fridge.

The property is in the Chianti countryside. Siena is 12 km away, Pianella is 4 km away and the Siena train station is 12 km away. Access includes 200 metres of unpaved road. Parking is inside the property and uncovered. The tennis court is 50 m from the villa. The Tyrrhenian coast at Castiglione della Pescaia is 112 km away.
