The property is in the Chianti countryside near Siena. Siena is 12 km away, Pianella is 4 km away and the Siena train station is 12 km away. Access includes 200 metres of unpaved road. Parking is inside the property and uncovered. The tennis court is 50 metres from the villa. The Tyrrhenian Sea at Castiglione della Pescaia is 112 km away.
