House rules
No smoking. No pets, including short visits; violations may result in termination of tenancy. Saturday check-in and checkout. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Do not operate the elevator if its gate or door locking system is faulty, or if unusual sounds or abnormal movement occur; do not attempt repairs.
Getting there
The home is semi-oceanfront, with ocean views and a short walk to the beach via Sea Tern Beach Access. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; steps or thresholds may be required for access. The Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
