Sons of Lorne is listed at 350 m; Brunch Box Cafe and Great Ocean Road Story at 400 m; Lorne Rest Area at 450 m. The narrative says four bedroom balconies but also three balconies; only Bedrooms 1–3 explicitly list a balcony. The webpage gives the address as 14 Grove Road; its illustrative floor plan is labelled 14A Grove Road. Confirm the arrival address with the operator.
