It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is in the hills near Casacastalda, 7 km from Valfabbrica and 4 km from shops and services in Casacastalda. Access includes 600 m of unpaved road. Assisi, Perugia and Gubbio are within 30 km. The nearest stated beaches are the Adriatic Sea at Ancona, 109 km away, and the Tyrrhenian Sea at Montalto di Castro, 170 km away.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
