It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The property is just outside Montecatini Terme. There are 100 metres of unpaved access road. Parking is within the property with six unshaded spaces. The Altopascio train station is 7 km away; Villa Campanile shops and services are 2 km away. Viareggio is 40 km away and Tirrenia is 50 km away. The property is 45 km from Pisa and 62 km from Florence.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning.
