The property has a main building and an annex. The main building includes living and dining areas, a veranda, a large terrace, a professional kitchen, laundry facilities and eight bedrooms. The grounds include lawns, terraces, shaded seating, a portico and a swimming pool.

The outdoor pool measures 15 by 7 metres, has a depth of 0.20 to 1.70 metres, chlorine purification and Roman steps. It is open seasonally; the page gives conflicting opening periods of the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October and the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The indoor heated pool/hydromassage is part of the SPA and is available on request at an extra cost.

Pontecorvo is approximately 3.6 km away. The Tyrrhenian beaches are approximately 30 to 50 km away, including Scauri at 32 km, Gaeta at 44 km and Sperlonga at 50 km. Access includes approximately 400 metres of dirt road in good condition. A driveway of approximately 100 metres leads from the entrance gate to the villa and parking area. The pool is reached by going down a few steps.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted. The SPA is available on request with three days' notice and at an extra cost.
