Getting there
The villa is in Fontanile, among the Monferrato hills. It is reachable by car via the A26 Alessandria Sud exit, 21 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate; the driveway descends about 60 metres to the parking area. Fontanile is 900 metres away for shops and services, Mombaruzzo station is 1.6 km away, and the Ligurian Sea is 125 km away.
