The two-storey, 700-square-metre villa has three patios and views of the surrounding hills, vineyards and park. The three-hectare park includes a Club House, swimming pool and regulation-size synthetic-grass tennis court that can also be used as a five-a-side football pitch. The Club House includes a kitchen, patio, changing rooms, sauna, showers and toilets.

Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate; the driveway descends about 60 metres to the parking area. Fontanile is 900 metres away for shops and services, Mombaruzzo station is 1.6 km away, and the Ligurian Sea is 125 km away.

Small-size pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning when animals are present. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
